Spring is sneaking right in there these last few weeks!
If you're reading this from Paducah, you know that we've had everything from a chance of snow to 70 degree February days. How's a girl supposed to dress in conditions like this?! Goodness gracious - I feel your pain. I've been struggling with the same thing!
Even if you aren't from the Paducah area, chances are that the transition into spring has confused your wardrobe a bit. It's a tough time of year when it comes to styling outfits but that's what I'm here for! One of my favorite things to do lately is pair a spring outfit with some booties.
When the temperatures fluctuate, my toes and arms are generally what feel it the most. To keep my upper body warm, I try to keep a light jacket or cardigan handy (even if that means stowing it away in the car wherever I am off to in town). As for my toes, I've found that booties are the perfect solution for this awkward time transitioning from one season to the next.
Today I didn't put just any ole pair of booties with this look. No, no. These booties that I'm sharing with you have gold spikes on the back. (If you happened to have missed this feature, take a scroll back up to the top and have a look for yourself. They are simply fabulous!) Plus these booties are flats so they are the ultimate comfort shoe.
Using these tips to stay cozy no matter how much the temperature fluctuates, I hope you're able to enjoy your weekend (comfortably)! They're predicting snow here in Paducah tomorrow so you'll find this girl curled up at home on Saturday night (more than likely). It's been one of those weeks where I feel like I need an entire weekend just to catch up on sleep. Sheesh!
I hope you all have a great weekend ahead!
I'll see you back here tomorrow for a little Saturday shopping guide ;)
